The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, a Fulbright exchange activity, is a highly selective program designed for international professionals who work collaboratively to address local and global challenges and foster change for our collective good.

The Fellowship Program at VCU is designed to enhance leadership skills, expand professional networks and build discipline-specific knowledge in the areas of substance abuse education, treatment, and prevention; public health policy and management; and HIV/AIDS policy and prevention. This non-degree program focuses on gaining hands-on experience and learning with and from U.S. professional counterparts.
