Francisco Adriazola

Mr. Francisco Adriazola, from Santiago, Chile, is the Coordinator of International Affairs for the Ministry of Health. In this role, he provides leadership on projects with the World Health Organization, the Pan-American Health Organization, the Inter-American and World Bank, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. He has a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Concepcion and a Master's in Political Sociology and International Cooperation from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne University.
Mr. Adriazola has extensive experience working in public organizations and NGOs at both national and international levels. He worked as a consultant for UNESCO in the field of environmental and science education. Additionally, he conducted educational projects in Africa, Asia, and South America for a French charity. He provided humanitarian aid in the People's Republic of the Congo as chief of a project for internally displaced war victims.
In Chile, he has worked for the Labor Ministry, and the Comptroller General, where he was responsible for the web platform for citizen participation. He also served as the Purchasing Manager for the health department in the municipality of La Pintana.
During his fellowship, Mr. Adriazola seeks to expand his knowledge and skills in health promotion with a focus on physical activity.
